These terms apply when you use the anypush app, the desktop client or the service at api.anypush.app.

Who we are

anypush is run by OID4Pay B.V. (“we”). These terms are an agreement between you and us.

Not an emergency service

anypush delivers notifications as well as it can, but a phone can be off, out of signal or silenced, and any service can be down. Do not rely on anypush, including the daily check-in and quiet alerts, where a missed notification could put someone’s health or safety at risk. In an emergency, call 112 or your local emergency number.

Your account

You need an account to receive notifications, and you must be 16 or older to have one. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time, in the app or as described on Delete your account. Deleting your account ends any Plus time left on it.

Your links and addresses

Every hook has a link, a web address and an email address. Anyone who has one can send you a notification, so share them with the people and services you want to hear from. If one gets into the wrong hands, delete the hook and make a new one.

Fair use

Do not use anypush to:

• send spam, or notifications to people who did not ask for them;
• send anything illegal, or anything that harasses or threatens someone;
• overload or attack the service, or get around its rate limits.

Each hook accepts a limited number of messages per minute. Hooks or accounts that break these rules may be blocked, and where it is serious, without notice.

Free and Plus

anypush has two plans. Both include push notifications, ping pages and printable signs, email-to-push, urgent alerts and unlimited devices.

• Free: 3 hooks, 3 quiet alerts that check at most every hour, and 7 days of message history. Free shows no ads.
• Plus: 100 hooks, 100 quiet alerts that can check as often as every 5 minutes, and 30 days of message history.

The limits are checked when you create or change something, never when a message is delivered.

Plus passes

• Plus is sold as a prepaid pass for 1 month or 12 months, in the Android app through Google Play. The price is shown in Google Play before you pay.
• A pass never renews by itself.
• Plus starts as soon as the purchase is confirmed.
• Changed your mind? Within 14 days of buying a pass, write to hello@anypush.app and we refund the whole pass through Google Play. The Plus time from that pass ends when the refund goes through.
• After those 14 days, refunds go through Google Play, under Google Play’s refund policy.
• When a pass ends, everything you set up keeps running. Message history goes back to 7 days, so older messages are deleted, and nothing new can be set up beyond the Free limits.

Changes and availability

anypush may change, add or remove features, or stop altogether. Before the service stops, you will be told in good time, so you can download your data. If it stops while a pass still has time left, we refund the unused part. When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.

Liability

anypush is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by a notification that arrived late, arrived twice or did not arrive, or by the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Law

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent Dutch court, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rule of the country where you live.
